The Nxt Step Tutoring (TNST), founded in January 2026 by our Principal & CEO, Marcus Nguyen, offers exceptional Maths & English tuition for students from Kindergarten to Year 12. Our mission is simple: to help students gain confidence, enjoy learning, and embrace all challenges with a positive attitude.

We specialise in Private Lessons (1 teacher to 1 student) & Micro Groups (1 teacher to 3 students), ensuring personalised attention for every child. All TNST centres create a safe, welcoming atmosphere where individual strengths are recognised and nurtured, while students are encouraged to learn at a pace that works for them.

Enrolment types

Students have the option to enrol into any of the following enrolment types.

Single Lesson: A one-time enrolment for a specific day and time. This booking does not guarantee a recurring spot and future availability at the same time is not guaranteed.

Term Enrolment: A weekly, continuous booking for a specific day, time, subject & lesson structure starting from the initial enrolment date until the end of that term, as outlined in the “TNST Term Dates 2026” section of this document. A new term enrolment is required for each subsequent term.

TNST tutors

TNST tutors are dedicated educators who are handpicked and specialise within their subject area. Our Tutors teach on specific days throughout the term and if a tutor is absent, we will make every effort to provide a replacement tutor for your child. If a replacement cannot be assigned, we will notify you promptly and offer your child the options to reschedule to a more convenient time.

If your child’s regular tutor is unable to continue teaching with TNST, we will inform you as soon as possible to discuss alternatives. All tutors have access to detailed evaluations written after every lesson to enable your child’s learning seamlessly.

Payment options

TNST accepts payment by cash, credit card or bank transfer. TNST must receive payment before allocating a student to any lesson. Lessons are not secured until payment has been received, even if an invoice has been issued.

Rescheduling lessons

We may share or grant access to your personal information with third parties in connection with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This may include GM Tutoring tutors and employees, other organisations, contractors, or individuals who assist us in providing services to you, professional service providers and advisors, debt collecting agencies, and other organisations as required or authorized by law.

Updates to Terms & Conditions

TNST may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to families via email and will take effect from the date specified in that communication. Continued enrolment of the TNST services will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
